Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA Status 1,2,3 Age between 50-60 years Patients undergoing Transurethral Resection of the Prostate under subarachnoid block
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ASA IV Patient refusal or who are unable to give consent. Coagulopathy Infection at the injection site Allergy to local anesthetic
