Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To assess the functional outcome (pain, knee-related Quality of Life, Function in daily living) due to OA knee using Knee Injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome scale (KOOS). It holds 42 items in 5 separately scored subscales. A Likert scale will be used which has five possible answer options scored from 0 (No Problems) to 4 (Extreme Problems) and each of the five scores will be calculated as the sum of the items included.Timepoint: Monthly for 3 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
OA pain will be also measured using Visual analogue scale. It is a single-item scale and the scale includes ââ?¬Å?no painââ?¬? (score of 0) and ââ?¬Å?pain as bad as it could beââ?¬? score of 100 Timepoint: monthly for 3 months;Quadriceps and hamstring Muscle strength balance using computerized muscle testing machine, David EVE (Evaluated exercise)Timepoint: monthly for 3 months
