Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Full and free range of motion in shoulder joint 2. Individuals who are willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any deformities in Upper extremity 2. Any medical history of neurological or musculoskeletal disease 3. Medically unstable 4. History of recent injury/ surgeries in the previous 6 months or injury involving the trunk or upper extremity

Isometric muscle strength using Baseline mechanical pull push dynamometer in KilogramsTimepoint: Each individual will be tested by two raters on two separate occasions,1 week apart. Two measurements will be performed for each muscle group with a 30- second rest between measures
