Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA Grade 1and 2 2.Age from 18years to 65years 3.Patients undergoing reconstructive plastic surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Refusal to participate in study 2.Allergy to local anaesthetics,or any of the study drugs 3.Pregnancy and lactation 4.Contraindication to regional nerve block(bleeding disorder,infection at site of block) 5.Inability to communicate due to severe dementia,language barrier,or end-stage disease and psychiatric illness 6.Emergency operation 7.Chronic alcoholic,smoker
