Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All consenting patients of both genders, Aged 60 years and above undergoing orthopaedic surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have not given consent to be part of study Patients who are non communicating (language barrier, aphasia) Patients with poly trauma with traumatic brain injury
