Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1 and ASA 2 Elective endoscopic nasal surgeries Male and female age-18 to 60 year BMI <30

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hypersensitivity to local anaesthetics alcoholic and drug abuse BMI >30 any neurologic ,psychiatric,cardiovascular,renal,hepatic diseases
