Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients in the age group 18-65 years Patients belonging to ASA-I/II category Patients planned to undergo elective trans-nasal trans-sphenoidal pituitary surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Known allergy to study drug Refusal to participate in study Inability to comprehend or adhere to study protocol GCS Pregnancy Faciomaxillary deformities BMI >40kg/m2 Known allergy to NSAIDs
