Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Between the ages of 18-25 years Young Female Adults in the age group of 18 â?? 25 years with Mild to Severe level of Depression Anxiety and Stress based on DASS-42

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having a systemic and chronic disease Having a Extremely Severe level of Depression, Anxiety and Stress based on DASS-42. Diagnosed with Depression, Anxiety and Stress and on Medication

Level of Depression, Anxiety, Stress will be reduced and mental wellbeing will be improved after the 26 weeks of Institution Based InterventionTimepoint: At Base Line, 12th week & 26 week
