Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Evidence of Kellgren Lawrence [KL]Grade 2 & Grade 3 medial compartment osteoarthritis on weight bearing radiograph along with varus deformity 2.Pain and disability limiting the person’s day to day activities 3.Age 30-60 years 4.With ACL tear 5.Without ACL tear

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Lateral compartment involvement 2.Inflammatory Arthritis 3.Bi/Tricompartmental Osteoarthritis 4.BMI >30 5.More than 20 degrees of correction angle 6.FFD of more than 15 degrees 7.KL Grade 4 Osteoarthritis on weight bearing Radiographs
