Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (a)Patient presenting with symptoms of Apabahuka (Frozen shoulder) like shoulder pain, stiffness, movement of shoulder joint . (b)Patients aged between of 40 to 60 years. (c)Patients diagnosed with Apabahuka & fit for swedana procedure. (d)Patient diagnosed Apabahuka (Frozen shoulder) with chronicity less than 5 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (a)Patient of shoulder dislocation and fracture. (b)Patient unfit for Swedana procedure. (c) Patient h/o Rheumatoid arthritis, Gouty arthritis, Septic arthritis, Inflammatory arthritis. (d)Traumatic injuries to shoulder joint. (e)Patient with other endocrine disorders, cardio vascular diseases, malignancy, infective conditions.
