Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: inborn term neonates with gestational age more than or equal to 37 weeks to 41+6 weeks with perinatal asphyxia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: neonates with gross congenital malformations, who expired before initiation of feeds, parents/caregiver not giving consent, hemodynamically unstable, abdominal distension, receiving therapeutic hypothermia
