Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age group â?? 50 to 70 years 2.Patients of either gender irrespective of socioeconomic status, occupation, religion will be selected. 3.Immature cataract with mentioned symptoms or signs 4.Patients with classical features of Kacha 5.Visual acuity of 6/9 to PL +14

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Senile mature ,hyper mature cataract and nuclear cataract. 2.Congenital, Developmental, Traumatic, Metabolic, Complicated cataract 3.Post-surgical cataract. 4.Immature cataract associated with systemic diseases (except Controlled Diabetes, Controlled Hypertension). 5.Uncontrolled diabetes with HbA1C not more than 7% and uncontrolled hypertension. 6.Patients contraindicated for Anjana karma. 7.Patients on steroid medications.
