Interventions

Intervention1: Ajwain or Carom seeds with allopathy medicines: 100mg per kg of body weight of carom seeds will be given twice a day to the group 1 subjects that is two hours after breakfast and 3 hour

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Both genders will be involved 2 Stage 1 Hypertensive individuals are involved 3 History of primary hypertension either on or not on regular medication 4 SBP=140 mmHg or DBP=90 mmHg 5 Willing to Participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Secondary hypertension or Stage 2 patients are excluded. 2 Cardiovascular events or strategy or hospitalization for flimsy angina inside most recent 3 months 3 Hypertensive complications like coronary heart disease and stroke,mental illness. 4 Hypertension in pregnancy
