Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects of age group 20-60 years irrespective of gender, religion, occupation, and socio-economic status 2.Subjects diagnosed with clinical features of Indraluptha (Alopecia areata) 3.Subjects willing to sign the consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects using blood thinners. 2.Uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus. 3.Subjects contraindicated for Rakthamokshana15 4.Pregnant ladies 5.Alopecia totalis 6.Alopecia universalis 7.Bleeding disorders

1.Area of Lesion (in square centimetre) 2.Number of hair follicles (per square centimetre) All assessment will be done before treatment, on 15th day after 1st sitting (15th day) & on 15th day after 2nd sitting (30th day). Follow up assessment will be done 30 days after 2nd sitting (45th day).Timepoint: All assessment will be done before treatment, on 15th day after 1st sitting (15th day) & on 15th day after 2nd sitting (30th day).
