Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All police personnel in the given study location with age between 25 to 50 years of age irrespective of sex, seniority, or Rank of Post. PSS-10 Score should be in between 13 to 26.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with any systemic complication with Hypertension, Endocrinological disorders, psychological treatment, uncontrolled DM, Ca etc. will be excluded. Pregnant women & Lactating mothers will be excluded.
