Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women in first trimester attending Antenatal Care Out Patient Department of an Urban Health Training Centre of a tertiary care centre. Pregnant women having access to mobile phone

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women not consenting to participate in the study Pregnant women above 12 weeks gestation. Pregnant women listening to Pregnant women who could not be followed up till delivery

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Maternal health: Maternal hemoglobin, Maternal weight gain, Need for blood transfusion, Complications Timepoint: Baseline, at 37 weeks, and after delivery

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Utilisation of antenatal care services: Number of ANC visits, USG Scans, Tetanus injection take, Number of Iron & Calcium tablets taken Breastfeeding practices, birth weight of newborns, immunization at birth Maternal knowledge regarding antenatal & newborn care Timepoint: Follow up at 37 weeks which will include hemoglobin, weight gain , & Knowledge regarding maternal health care , child health care & maternal health care seeking practices. After delivery phone call when details of maternal complications, delivery specifics, birth weight of baby & newborn care regarding breastfeeding, immunization will be collected
