Inclusion criteria: Posted for mitral valve surgery for mitral stenosis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of moderate/ severe mitral regurgitation, presence of other valve lesions, presence of non valvular structural heart diseases, sev. LV dysfunction, h/o previous open heart surgery
