Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with clinically diagnosed vitiligo and healthy controls with matched temperament. 2.Age: 20-50 years. 3.With any duration of the disease, site, extension and distribution of the lesions. 4.Willingness to give written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with active vitiligo treatment with other drug /systems. 2.History of drug or alcoholic abuse, chronic smokers not willing to abstain from smoking during the study period. 3.Any clinically significant abnormality identified on physical examination/laboratory tests. 4.Subjects having any systemic disease and other skin diseases. 5.Subjects with known allergies, Impaired cardiac, hepatic and renal function. History of malignancy. Concomitant use of any other antioxidants. 6.Pregnant and other lactating women. 7.Participant with dermatomal Lip-Tip, genital and mucosal vitiligo and vitiligo with leukotrichia
