Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of ASA status I and II 2.Patients posted for elective lower abdominal surgery under general anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pre-existing coagulation disorders. 2.BMI >30 kg/m2 3.Local infection at the site of block 4.Allergy to Bupivacaine hydrochloride 5.Patients undergoing Laparoscopic lower abdominal surgery
