Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1 and !! Patients aged between 20 and 60 years undergoing Percutaneous nephrolithotomy surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Patients with known hypersensitivity to local anaesthetics Patients with bleeding disorder, uncontrolled diabetesmellitus, renal and liver diseases. pregnant women patients with epilepsy. mentally unstable patients
