Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patient who will give written consent. 2 Patients suffering from Sandhigatavata (OA of knee joint) 3 Patients of either sex in the age group of 20 - 70 years. 4 The cardinal feature included is ruk (pain), toda(pin and needle sensation) stambhan in the janu (knee) region.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient suffering from AIDS and Hepatitis B. 2 Patient with Rheumatoid arthritis. 3 Secondary osteoarthritis due to Tuberculosis ,syphilis, leprosy. 4 Intra articular injections or systemic application of cortico-steroids during the previous 3 months.
