Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged more than 18 years who are incubated for more than 12 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients refusal Mechanically ventilated for more than 1 week

To overcome weaning failure within 48 hours of mechanical ventilationTimepoint: 1 week
