Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with adenocarcinoma cancer and are going to start chemotherapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with any psychiatric conditions Patients with recurrent cancer Patients undergoing Palliative care Patients who have already begun treatment

To assess the optimism and coping style of the patients before chemotherapy. And estimating their self regulation 4 weeks from baseline.Timepoint: 4 weeks
