Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 60 male patients in the age of 21 to 60 years. 2. Male patients having sign and symptoms of klaibya.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient below 21 years and above 60 years. 2) Patient with chronic disease like severe hypertension, COPD, IHD etc. 3) Patient with primary and secondary azoospermia. 4) Patient having any sexually transmitted disease. 5) Erectile dysfunction due to nerve damage. 6) Erectile dysfunction due to surgery of colon, prostate, bladder and rectum
