Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients presenting for microlaryngeal surgery 2.Age 18yrs and above of either sex 3.ASA â?? 1 and 2

To know the incidence of desaturation (SpO2 94%)Timepoint: 52 weeks

MeasureTime frame
1.Incidence of hypoxemia (saturation 90%) 2.Need for additional manoeuvres against desaturation 3.End tidal CO2 levels with modified sampling line 4.Total apnoea time (time between administration of neuromuscular blockade to commencement of jet ventilation) 5.Surgeonâ??s comfort (degree of mobility of the surgical area) Change of airway management 6.Incidence of Laryngospasm, Bronchospasm, Regurgitation of gastric contents 7.Haemodynamic parametersTimepoint: 52 weeks
