Intervention1: Adrenaline arm: infusion of adrenaline followed by noradrenaline at dose of 0.02mcg per kg if required in event of mean arterial pressure less than 80 mm Hg and dose increased upto 0.1m

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-80 years, 2.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I, II and III , 3.Patient undergoing elective vascular surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient already receiving mechanical ventilation 2.Patient already receiving inotrope 3.Poorly controlled hypertension 4. Planned reoperation within 3 months 5.Preoperative immobility or inability to walk unaided 6.Pregnancy
