Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: IPD Patients. Having dengue fever with thrombocytopenia and diagnosed on the basis of lab investigation. Dengue IgG, IgM, NS1 antigen either test positive If platelet count > 20000/cumm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient Malarial fever, UTI, LRTI, URTI, typhoid, TB. Patient known history of idiopathic thrombocytopenia, any other kind of bleeding disorder. Dengue shock syndrome, alcoholic patients and liver cirrhosis, dengue encephalitis. H/O upper GI bleed, small Intestine bleeding, lower GI bleeding. Lactating women, ANC women who are in menstruation or have abnormal bleeding.Patients on Aspirin and NSAIDs.Stroke, MI patients. Chikungunya
