Intervention1: Homoeopathic Medicine: Lycopus Virginicus 3oth potency/ daily doses administered orally, assessed fortnightly until symptom declines. then the medicine will be tapered when the symptom

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female Patients of age 30 yrs to 60 yrs Cases with ultrasonographic evidences of Toxic Multinodular Goitre.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases diagnosed with malignancies. Cases under other chronic medications. Cases with major complications and end organs involvement. Pregnant ladies

MeasureTime frame
1. Changes in size of nodules assessed through USG- Once in 6 months 2. Changes in TSH levels - Once in 6 Months 3. Reduction of Symptoms- Once in 2 weeksTimepoint: The outcomes will be assessed once in 6 months (Three Times- 6th, 12th and 18th Months) during the trial period. USG & TSH Levels Once in 6 Months Symptoms Once in 2 weeks

To find out the Ultrasonographic changes in the management of Toxic Multinodular Goitre 2. To assess the changes in the levels of Thyroid Stimulating Hormones (TSH) after administration of Lycopus virginicus . 3. To acquire knowledge on the effectiveness of 30th potency and repetition of doses of Homoeopathic Remedy. Timepoint: 1 Year 6 months
