Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant Patients aged from 18 to 50 years 2. Gestational Age >36 weeks 3. ASA II and above 4. Mentally Competent to give consent 5. Scheduled for caesarean section under general endotracheal anaesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients not willing to participate 2. Patients with Face/throat/oral cavity/maxillofacial abnormalities. 3. Cervical spine injury / pathology which may restrict conventional laryngoscopy 4. Head neck tumours 5. Patient not cooperative for USG assessment.

Primary Objective: 1.Find the usefulness of ultrasound measurement of anterior neck soft tissue (hyo-mental distance and skin to epiglottic distance) in predicting difficult laryngoscopy in pregnant patients 2.Find the usefulness of ultrasound measurement of tongue thickness in predicting difficult laryngoscopy in pregnant patientsTimepoint: 10 minutes before induction of General Anesthesia
