Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.patient willing to sign the consent. 2.patient between the age group of 25-60 years of either sex. 3 patient possessing sign and symptoms of Tamaka Shwasa( bronchial asthma) 4.patients fulfill the diagnostic criteria of Tamaka Shwasa( bronchial asthma)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 patient not willing for clincal trial 2 patients not fulfilling the inclusion criteria 3 patient having age below 25 and above 60 year 4 CAD(Coronary artery disease), heart failure/stroke 5 uncontrolled hypertension 6 uncontrolled diabetes mellitus 7 impaired renal function 8 during pregnancy,lactation period 9 patient on steroid therapy 10 patient suffering from secondary respiratory disease

Changes in symptoms and lab test(CBC,ESR, AEC,CRP, Chest xray- PA view, PFT- Spirometery, Sputum for AFB ) will be analyzed on each 15th day during treatment and post treatment again changes in all symptoms and lab test ( CBC, AEC, ESR, CRP, Chest x ray- PA view, PFT, Sputum for AFB) will be examined to evaluate the effects of treatment on particular patient) Timepoint: Treatment duration is 60 days Follow up on 15th, 30th, 45th, 60th day.	—

1.To study the effect of drug on clinical parameters & biochemical finding associated with Tamaka shwasa( Bronchial asthma) 2.To advise preventive measures to check the occurence of disease in individual of masses. 3.To standardize an ayurvedic line of treatment both drug & dose, which may effective role in management of patient of Tamaka shwasa. 4.To explain theTamaka shwasa on the basis of critical review in classical text of ayurveda & with the help of modern literature. 5.To provide cheap,safe & effective treatment from ayurveda to Tamaka shwasa roga patients. 6.Patient willing for clinical trial & ready to given written consent.Timepoint: 2 years	—
