Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: more than 24 weeks of gestation, diagnosed having placenta accreta spectrum undergoing emergency or elective operative delivery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who decline blood transfusions in advance, 2. Inherited Factor XIII or fibrinogen deficiency, severe coagulation disorder, severe thrombocytopenia, 3. Parturientâ??s refusal to consent
