Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group 18 yrs -25 yrs 2. 2-3 episodes of headache per month 3. Unilateral headache without side shift 4. Patients with positive passive flexion rotation test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Trauma to cervical and head region 2. Migraine or tension type headache 3. Any malignancy 4. Patient with fibromyalgia 5. Cervical radiculopathy 6. Pt with psychological problems 7. Vascular problems, dizziness, vertigo. 8. Patient on medications for headache
