Inclusion criteria: 1. Age more than 18 years. 2. Willing to participate and give consent. 3. Suspected pulmonary fungal infection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serological evidence of an acute infection with hepatitis B or C. 2. Patients with HIV infection.
