Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy school going children All socioeconomic status and levels

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute URTI 2. chronic respiratory illness 3. Systemic (Cardiac/Renal) probles 4. Anemia 5. Allergic history 6. Bony deformity of spine/ribcage 7. Overweight and obese children
