Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Ante natal women of 16-18 weeks of gestation with BMI >=25. 2.Antenatal women who have first time pregnant 3..Antenatal women who have android phone 4.Antenatal women have age limit of 18-40years 5.Able to read and write English or Malayalam. 6.Women who were booked and attending regular antenatal checkup. 7. Antenatal women willing for delivery in the same hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from high-risk pregnancy such as severe diabetes, hypertension and bad obstetric history. 2. Antenatal women with multiple gestations 3. Not willing to participate in this study. 4.Antenatal women who having regular walking
