Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed on the basis of classical parameters of Prameha, with or without complications of Prameha. 2. FBS, PPBS, HbA1c, Fasting plasma glucose between 126 mg/dl to 200mg/dl or Post Prandial glucose level between 200 mg/dl to 300mg/dl, HbA1c between 6.5%-12%. 3. Patient of Prameha (Type 2 DM) taking conventional or ASU drugs for its treatment except CandraprabhaÌ? vati, without any change since last 3 months. 4. Age group-30-70 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe complications. 2. Patient having Type-1 Diabetes mellitus [IDDM]. 3. Patients with other metabolic and endocrine disorders. 4. Patients having any other malignancies, any other serious illness. 5. Patients with diabetic wound / ulcers. 6. Patients having chronic complications of Type 2 Diabetes. 7. Other chronic debilitating disease like STD etc. 8. Pregnant and lactating women.
