Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade 1 and 2 , all patients scheduled for elective middle ear surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal or not giving consent , emergency cases, full stomach patients , patients with co morbidities, patients with asa grade 3 , 4 , 5

effects on hemodynamic responses to I- GEL over endotracheal intubationTimepoint: 10 mins before surgery in preoperative area - during the induction - just after the induction - 5 minutes after the induction and every 10 min during the surgery - and upto 2 hours postoperatively
