Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient with clicical signs and symptoms of all types of bhagandara (fistula-in-ano) irrespective of their age, sex, occupation and chronicity. fresh as well as recurrent cases of bhagandara (fistula-in-ano)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: HIV, HCV, HBsAg positive patients. secondary fistula due to - Ulcerative colitis Crohnâ??s disease Tuberculosis Carcinoma of rectum

MeasureTime frame
the improvement will be assessed on the basis of: 1.Swelling (Mild, Moderate, Severe & very severe) 2.Itching (Mild, Moderate, Severe and very severe) 3.Pain (Mild, Moderate, Severe and very severe) 4.Discharge (Mild, Moderate, Severe and very severe) 5.Burning sensation (Mild, Moderate, Severe and very severe) 6. Inflammation (Mild, Moderate, Severe and very severe)Timepoint: Kshar Sutra will be changed after 7 days & assessment will be sought in every 7 days.
