Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Vamana yogya Age between 18 years to 60 years Patients having clinical features of hypothyroidism Chronicity of hypothyroidism below 5 years Primary hypothyroidism

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Vamana ayogya Diseases like uncontrolled hypertension, asthma, heart disease, pregnancy & other systemic disorders which may lead the patient to fatal condition during VamanaKarma Patient with congenital, secondary and autoimmune hypothyroidism. Drug (Amiodarone, Lithium) induced hypothyroidism Patient taking medicine for hypothyroidism more than 5 years. If S.TSH level is more than 100mIUL

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The effectiveness of the treatment will be evaluated based on the alleviation of signs and Symptoms mentioned in subjective and objective criteria.Timepoint: 6 weeks.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Therapies will be assessed overall based on improvements in symptoms based on the assessment criteria & the subsequent enhancement of patients quality of life.Timepoint: 6 weeks
