Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants 1. in the age group 18- 60 years. 2. have a drinking history of less than 10 years 3. fulfill the diagnostic criteria of mild and moderate AUD in DSM-5. 4. completed de-addiction treatment in a Govt authorized de-addiction center. 5. within the time period of 15 days after de-addiction treatment. 6.fit for sadyovirechana and samana snehapaana . 7. with a normal range of lipid profile and LFT

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants 1.under follow-up medication after de-addiction treatment. 2.occur relapse after de-addiction treatment. 3.known case of uncontrolled systemic illness. 4.with substance abuse. 5.with other psychiatric co-morbidities.
