Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients of age 18 years and above of both genders. patients who have be admitted to general medicine and OPD with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with pregnant and lactating women, patients on insulin therapy, patients with type 1 diabetes, patients with cognitive impairment and patients in ICU.
