Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Bilateral Flexible flat feet 20-25 years both gender Navicular drop >10mm Normal BMI Asymptomatic

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Foot/ankle trauma Receiving feet muscle strengthening within last 3 months Neurological disorders Any other musculoskeletal disfigurement
