Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA Grade I and II Primary Unilateral Thoracic Surgery BMI 20-36 Weight higher than or equal to 50 Kg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient Refusal or not giving Consent ASA grade >II Pregnant Patients Pre-existing neurological disorder Chronic Opiod Use
