Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Feeling of something coming our per vagina 2 micturition disturbances 3 bowel disturbances 4 Backache 5 Dragging pain in pelvis 6 symptoms with 1st and 2nd degree utero vaginal prolapse

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 age below 30 and above 60 years 2 pregnancy 3 history of psychotic diseases 4 anal fissure and haemorrhoids 5 PID and other STD 6 congenital anomalies leading to prolapse 7 3rd and 4th degree uterine prolapse
