Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with signs and symptoms of Primary Hypothyroidism. 2. Patients who are willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals below 12 years and above 60 years of age. 2. Pregnant and Lactating women. 3. Patients having history of gastric ulcer. 4. Patients having history of thyroidectomy. 5. Patients having recent history of major illness. 6. Patients having history of heart disease. 7. Mentally ill/retarded patients. 8. Patients of secondary Hypothyroidism [Hypothyroidism due to Pituitary or hypothalamic cause]. 9. Malignancy of thyroid gland. 10. A non-cooperative patient.
