Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All the genders from the age group 25-40, with BMI 18.5- 24.9, with navicular drop test values > 10-15 mm who are willing to participate. • Participants who have positive windlass test • Plantar heel pain with first few steps of walking in the morning. (0n VAS 4-8) • Tenderness at the insertion site of the plantar fascia on the anteromedial aspect of the calcaneal tubercle elicited by pain • At least one identifiable MTrP in the gastrocnemius muscle
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Previous surgery or trauma of foot and ankle complex in last six months. • Red flags to manual therapy • Presence of deformity of foot and ankle complex • Subjects with 2 or more positive neurologic signs consistent with nerve root compression
