Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Subjects of age group 20 -60 years 2)Subjects presenting with respiratory symptoms as Jwara Upadrava (15 days after fever within 6 months) 3)Subject willing to sign the consent form and agreeing to follow the protocol of the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Subjects who have respiratory problem without history of Jvara. 2)Subjects who are known cases of Diabetes. 3)Subjects in active phase of Jvara. 4)Subjects who are known cases of Myocardial infraction or other cardiac problems. 5)Subjects who are known cases of Tuberculosis and Lung Cancer.

To evaluate the effectiveness of Vasa Avaleha in respiratory symptoms of Jvara UpadravaTimepoint: Svarabheda ,Sushka Mukha, Sushka Gala, Sira sula, Prsva sula ,Ura sula, Time to relief from cough & throat irritation, cough symptoms score-day time, Cough symptoms score -night time, Wheezing , Modified Research Council Dyspnea Scale will be assessed on 0th day 16th day 31st day and 46th day Spirometry FEV1 FVC,FEV1/FVC PEF Hb , TC ,DC, ESR, AEC will be assessed on 0th day 31st day 46th day
