Inclusion criteria: Patients between 18 to 70 years No discrimination of sex Patient with pratyatma lakshana of Gridrasi i.e sphik,purva,kati,prushta,uru,janu,jangha,pada kramat vedana,sthamba,toda

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Trauma of lumbar vertebra Fracture of spine Uncontrolled case of Diabetes Mellitus Patient having lumbar canal stenosis 3rd and 4th degree disc prolapse Patients with HIV HbsAg HCV Pregnant women Unfit for Siravyadhana Any systemic disorder which will interfere the treatment
