Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients admitted and willing for procedure. Patients less than 65 years Patients with conductive/ mixed hearing loss with AB gap less than 40dB. Patients with inactive mucosal type chronic otitis media

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with recurrent chronic otitis media Patients with intracranial complications of chronic otitis media Patients refusing procedure.
