Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed hypertension patients. 2. K/c/o hypertension with or without antihypertensive drugs. (With or without symptoms). 3. Patients with: Stage 1 hypertension SBP (140-159)/DBP (90-99) mm of Hg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute haemorrhagic condition, Acute septic shock 2. K/c/o hypertension history more than 12 years. 3. Hypertensive emergency i.e. blood pressure more than 180/120mm of Hg. 4. Secondary hypertension. 5. Pregnancy-induced hypertension. 6. Pregnant and lactating women. 7. IHD
